We have wheelchair accessible seats, along with companion seats, available in the Lower Gallery and Upper Gallery. These can be booked online or by calling the Box Office.

Ramps and Elevators

A wheelchair-accessible ramp is located in the Linnemann Family Lobby of the first floor, leading up to the left-hand doors of the theatre. The Upper Gallery center section is all on the same level and can be access via elevator in the lobby.

Seating Information

Built in 2017, the theater has some of the most spacious seating and leg room options in Cincinnati. Learn more about the details of the seat locations, widths, access, size, and more online here.

Sign Language Interpreted Performances

For Patrons who are deaf or hard of hearing, Sign Language interpreted performances are offered during the run of each production by live interpreters from the stage. These are typically scheduled for the final matinee performance. Check the show's performance schedule and book online or contact the Box Office.

Assisted Listening Devices

We offer assisted listening devices at all performances. These are complimentary and can be picked up from the Box Office upon arrival. These amplify the sound heard from the stage and can pair with your hearing aids or can be used with your earphones. The devices include a DSP loop driver for anyone using a T-coil-equipped hearing aid.

Audio-Described Performances

For Patrons who are blind or have low vision, we offer at least one audio-described performance per production. This service is provided by a live person who will be describing the non-spoken action of the performance. Advance reservations are appreciated. Patrons utilizing this resource can pick up a headset from the Box Office on the scheduled night. These are typically scheduled for the final matinee performance. Check the show's performance schedule and book online or contact the Box Office.

Gender Neutral Bathrooms

All-gender restrooms are located on the second floor. These restrooms are individual stalls with locks and a shared sink.

Sensory Friendly Performances

These special performances are uniquely adapted for individuals with autism and/or those with developmental and/or sensory differences to enjoy with their families. The performances are modified and front-of-house staff and volunteers are trained to facilitate a safe, judgement-free environment. Learn more online here.
